As we edge closer to the first match of this summer pre-season, Chelsea are hopeful to seal the signing of two quality players with Tiemoue Bakayoko and Romelu Lukaku said to be the aces involve,according to report from Evening Standard.
Despite the brilliant performance from the Blues last season, Antonie Conte still looks very interested in signing some quality players for a better performance next term. It thought that the Italian gaffer is looking to make six new signings this summer and Lukaku has been identifying as his prime target.
The Premier League defending Champions have already reach personal terms with Manchester City goal keeper Willy Caballero, and announcement is yet to be made on the 1st of July.
The Blues also need to sign a centre back, as David Luiz is not currently in his best form and John Terry is already ageing. But an agreement for first choice target Virgil van Dijk is unlikely to be complete this summer after Premier League rival Southampton made it known that they have no intention of selling their player.
Chelsea might have to wait for some couple of weeks before they could complete deal for the aforementioned aces, as they have not make announce for first signing which means we will have to take this with a pitch of salt and see what comes out of the report in a week or two.
